Ballina MP Don Page Fully Recovered (14//12/2009)
Ballina MP, Don Page has fully recovered from recent heart surgery and has returned to full time work today.
Mr Page recently underwent heart valve replacement surgery for a condition he has had since birth but which was only identified recently.
“I’m in even better shape than I was before the valve replacement surgery and I feel great,” he said.
“I would like to thank the hundreds of people who sent me their good wishes over the past 7 weeks since the operation. Your support is very much appreciated, lifted my spirits and hastened my recovery,” he said.
